Bi-Metal bushing is backed with high quality low carbon steel with tin-lead- bronze alloy (CuSn10Pb10) sintered on its surface. To effectively decrease abrasion, its alloy surface can be machined with ball shaped oil sockets for easier oil storage. When necessary, it could be plated copper or tin on the steel back. It can be applied to conditions of mediate load with mediate or high running velocity and conditions with enormous impact load. In mechanical applications, KDB301 is used to make wrapped bushes, thrust washer and bushes on connecting rod level of gas engine.

It has high fatigue strength, load capacity and impact strength. The product is applied to track roller, air compressor, especially replaced the Centrifugal casting bimetal bushing for the track roller application. The alloy thickness is uniform when compared with the centrifugal casting bimetal bushing. This in turn saves a lot of material by reducing the product cost while increasing the performance.

Introduction:

Quickly and economically repair grooved and worn shafts for rotary oil seals.Fitting new seals on already worn shafts can result in repeated replacement of seals. Grooving on shafts can require expensive re-matching or even result in the shaft having to be replaced. Repair sleeves are simply pushed over the worn running surface.
